I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever encountered at the Nike Westgate store. An item was clearly labelled at $30, but when we went to purchase it, the staff named Drew scanned it and said very rudely: “It’s not $30, it’s $40. Take it or leave it.” No apology. No explanation. Not even basic customer service. When we asked to speak to the manager, he claimed: “I’m the manager. Love this store... great merch and prices
I shopped at Nike Westgate recently and Sanil was so helpful! He’s very knowledgeable in shoes and apparel and helped me with my purchase.
Super helpful staff, especially Sanil for his efforts and help with helping me find the sneakers that I was looking for. Cheers guys.
