The clothing racks are impractical & inaccessible. Some of the clothing racks have tops but the products are stacked right up underneath. As a mid size consumer - looking under tight spaces for my size is not ideal. All smaller sizes in the front & larger sizes tucked behind at the back. It would be nice to have more accessible & consumer friendly racking
We came here shopping for my sons shoes. We had walked around for a bit, there were so many floor staff on yet not one approached us to help. Another lady whom needed help too was shocked that a young man was too busy playing on his phone and not once offered to help or ask she needed assistance. The staff spent more time talking in their small groups then talking to the customers, I witnessed 2 customers walk out because of the lack of customer service. Had to wait in line for a long time. Stuff in the store was ok. Prices aren’t that much cheaper
