Their NikePlus app and their SNKRS app are scams and full of false advertisement. You can never get what you want form the app unless it's items that no body really wants. They are just straight up a waste of time with special releases because their server can't support the traffic going in to their system and will either crash or non-stop loading and by the time you can get the page loaded it will say SOLD OUT. Good afternoon, I am very disappointed in Nike. I downloaded the SNKRS app as requested by your company ... to get the offwhite Jordon 1 and your app , kept on saying that something went wrong with my shipping and then after I click on it , it then states my payment method is wrong . You do the same trick on ALL your heavy releases and I am SICK of it. You are scamming the public but give away your sneakers to stars / bloggers . I wore shoes three times and they both developed a hole in the front toe box (the rest of the shoes looked brand new). I sent them back to Nike and received this: We're always excited for the opportunity to help you become a better athlete. Unfortunately, after a thorough inspection of your product, we've determined that the issue is a result of rubbing and/or friction, consistent with normal wear and tear. Nike advertised 25% off purchases and free shipping on 9/4/17. Make an account for the free shipping. I did. I tried to order on my cell phone, tablet, and computer. Their system kept saying there was a problem. This started at around 2pm in the afternoon. By 10pm I decided to call. Their rep said they were having system problems, doing a system update and no one could use the system. I couldn't order over a device and he couldn't take my order. The coupon expired at midnight. I tried to buy a $25 giftcard for a boy's birthday on nike.com and send it to the mother through email. I paid through ****** and the order went through and I got the conformation. After 6 hours and after the birthday was over I got an order cancellation notice: "Your recent Nike.com order has been cancelled. We are unable to verify your billing information. I purchased Nike golf shoes from ****'s Sporting Goods on 4/17/2016. Within the past couple weeks, I noticed that the leather on the shoe is ripping apart from the sole. I viewed the Nike website on how to return the product since the shoes had a warranty card stating "Nike warrants the original purchaser for a period of one to two years from the date of purchase from a Nike authorized deal that the shoes will be free from material or workmanship flaws that cause the shoes to leak water." I recently purchased the Women's Air Max 97 OG QS & Air Max 95 Metallic Golds on the Nike Snkrs app. I received order confirmation that I won those pair and payment/shipping was confirmed on May 18, 2017. I kept up with tracking information, but today May 22, 2017 I only received the Air Max 95. Terrible customer service. Rarely win a raffle at this location@nikeSF, but when I went to pick up my HyperAdapt v1.0 today 4/22, one of the shoe's seal was carelessly torn open. Manager by the name of John refused to give me a different pair and insisted all shoes are inspected the same way to make sure it charges( BS excuse as these are wireless charging..) I stuck around to see three guys picked theirs without an open seal. If only the manager showed me another pair to prove his point, I would have bought it, left a satis... read more

As a present I received a pair of Men's White Nike Roshes. I was so happy to receive them as I have been a fan of Nike for years. I barely wore these shoes. I wore them once on the tennis court exercising and huge hole by my right toe opened up. This is a Breach of Merchantable Quality. This specific pair of shoes that I received did not hold up to their purpose and were a huge waste of money. I don't know if it is all Nike Roshes or just my specific pair but I would love to have my issue resolved in the proper manner.
