I’ve made three attempts to receive an explanation on why my order has been flagged with Nike from their website. I was alerted by my financial institution about the purchase amount and verified that it was not a fraud transaction. $403.27. I proceeded with the purchase online, received and an order number along with the tentative delivery date. Well, I was just curious as to why I didn’t see the transaction on my bank snapshot. When I went to review the order status, it showed cancelled. I decided to contact Nike and was fi... read more

Purchased a Dri-Fit Victory Solid Men's Standard Fit Golf Polo (Style: 891881-412) from Nike. The shirt was defective and ripped along the seam after a single use. I contacted customer service and requested a replacement. Customer service was rude, never sent a replacement or a return label to exchange the defective product.

I called the Nike.com helpline on May 12, 2018 for assistance. My debit card number had been stolen and used to make a purchase on Nike.com in the amount of $183.60. The man on the phone was incredibly apologetic, and confirmed that the shipment had already departed, but was indeed on its way to an address that was not mine. He forwarded the claim on to an investigator, and told me that someone would be in touch to ask me questions in 2-4 days. Three days later on May 18, I received an email from Digital Loss Prevention, sta... read more

I placed an online order on may 1st for an overnighted apple Nike watch series 3 for a birthday gift. I paid the $15 and it was to ship on the 2nd and arrive on the 3rd. Low and behold it never shipped and i contacted nike 3 times by chat and twice by phone. I was told by a rep that i would get it on the 4th of May. That never happened either. I received a shipping notification telling me it would be delayed. I then got another notification stating it would arrive on the 8th of May that included tracking info from FedEx..(ke... read more

It bothers me that every new sneaker drop i wake up hours early take time off whatever i need to do to try and get the shoe but they sell out so fast due to people using bots and other things to resale heat shoes so the people who really want them dont get them. Amd when u contact them they pretty much dont care about real customers. Anyone who buys sneakers or collects deals with this every day. People who work at or for and resaling the shoes so we dont have a actual chance to grab.

Business response:

We thank you sharing your experience with launches on the SKNRS app and we understand your frustration. We want to assure you we're working toward solutions (on multiple fronts) to eliminate the use of bots in online ordering—and to identify those who provide or use them. Nike truly does share your concerns about automation and scripting methods offering unfair advantages to anyone. We cannot disclose the various proprietary approaches to combating this issue, but please know the use of bots is being addressed directly. In... read more

I saw news about nike rereleasing a sneaker and I decided to call to confirm. So I called May 2nd 835 am and was told by the representative that the story sneaker news presented was fake and she had no information. Around noon or so I log on to social media to find that the selected sneaker did actually release and that people received the opportunity to purchase said sneaker. Now I've been a loyal consumer of Nike products for as long as I can remember and for this instance to occur really upsets me and makes me question wh... read more

I went to the Nike Factory story in Orange, CA the weekend of April 21, 2018. As I was checking out, I looked to see how much the item I was purchasing rang up and saw it came up for $32.49 (I also saw verbiage that mentioned "$64.99" and "50% off running items" on the screen). As I was pulling out my card to make payment the employee asked me to wait and did something to the register. I did not double check the price again (because I had already seen it), but when I left I noticed that I was changed $41.99. Which means the ... read more

I wish I could give negative stars. The managers treated me like a I had stolen something. I had purchased over $500 of items a couple of days ago and then received a friends and family discount email. I hadn't even taken the items out of the bag so I went to get the discount on them. They said I couldn't do that. They wouldn't let me return the items and buy them again with the discount either. I gladly returned all the items and got my money back. I will not be returning to their store again as they treated me like I was a... read more

I spoke with Britney today at Nike regarding a return. The claim number is (CL**SSN**17). The reference number for the call is 180481 – 058617. I return shoes that I purchased about eight months ago because the Nike air pocket popped. I use the shoes for walking as I have a spinal cord injury that's all I can use them for. I've been purchasing Nike shoes sense Michael Jordans came out in 1986, so I was quite surprised to see these fail in less than one year. I was encouraged by an employee at the Nike outlet store to file a ... read more
