Eileen gave me terrible customer service! Unable to resolve the issue. Very unprofessional. She was sending emojis during a business conversation. Tried to change the size of the sneakers before they shipped out. They were ordered on May 1st, but won't be delivered until May 20th. I was told I had to cancel, and risk losing the discount I received. If not I can exchange them after I receive them, then wait another month to receive them. There was no problem taking the money out of my account for them tho.

Placed an order today and tried canceling it and it wouldn’t allow me to even though it’s within the 30 minute window! Very disappointed because now I’ll have to wait until the order is delivered to return it! Such an inconvenience and waste of time!

Here is the thing Nike, When you have a customer who has gone through the trouble of giving you an opportunity to help, you should have taken it. I have been wearing your shoes for over 20 years. In the last year, I had to return 5 pairs because they ripped. The last one made it through 1 workout! I am not a professional athlete by any means. I placed an order for several items around Thanksgiving. I received all the items on time, EXCEPT for one sweatshirt. Upon looking at the packing slip, it indicated that the sweatshirt was included in the package- it was NOT. I called customer service and they tried to help. Placed an order, received confirmation, so I discarded my gift cards (big mistake). They canceled my order and didn't email me a new gift card code or anything, and the remainder of the balance is still on hold 3 days later. Spoke to customer service 3 times and that was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I never using Nike.com again. Let me say I placed two orders previously that had very little difficulty getting delivered. One was delivered to a near by location because I wouldn't be home at the time of arrival. The other a FedEx driver called me when he got to my address and ask me to meet him in front of my address to retrieve my package. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at Nike.com. I will never purchase from them again. My order was processed twice. Once with expedited shipping and once with regular shipping. I called immediately to cancel and was on hold for over 30 minutes. Then when I spoke with a customer service rep, I was told that I couldn’t cancel the order since it was placed over 30 minutes ago.
