I placed an order for some shoes for Christmas. the order stated pending stayed online for over 20 min. then screen went back to order. I called a service rep to inquire she stated she didn't see an order. I even tried to chat online with a representative and no response.

I place an order 10/11 - 10/12 I received a notification that the package has shipped here it is a week later still no activate tracking or package! I spoke with a chat rep by the name of Ralph twice (different days) and when I say he’s to no assistance or help! He’s blaming everything on UPS which I was advised by a phone rep that the order overall never left the warehouse - no one can give me any help on what’s going on. I placed a large order online (19 women's hoodie sweatshirts) and paid the extra for the expedited shipping (2 day) which was actually delivered several days later than that. Because we were pressed for time, I rushed the box to the local embroidery shop to have them personalized. When I picked them up, the sweatshirts appeared to be in youth sizes! I purchased a pair of Nike shoes from the Nike store in NYC while on vacation. After returning home, I realized the shoes were too small and uncomfortable. I had a terrible experience at the Nike outlet in North Conway New Hampshire and it proceeded to get worse when I contacted the corporate office . In past I have shopped in the Nike store in North Conway and have used my law enforcement discount; but on 5/17 I was told by a manager that I can’t use it. Be careful with Nike warranty on shoe outsole. They have fine print that a customer will only find out after the claim is reviewed. For example, you need to have tags on the shoe and they cannot be worn out. You wear your shoe so that the outsole has holes on it, but the tag has to stay like new - makes a lot of sense, right? But gives a good reason to deny your claim. So, you buy shoes with warranty, but don't get any warranty because the tag is worn out.
Good Morning, I have a serious customer service issue with the Nike Lenox (Atlanta) Store. I got the the mall at 8am this morning and noticed no one was lined up in the front. There was no direction from the Nike store team. The security guard told us no lining up in front of the store. I returned to the front of the store with a group of customers right before 10a.
