I recently purchased a pair of Air Max sneakers from Nike.com and it was too big. I return the item and Nike received it on 3/20/2018. I bought the same pair in the correct size. I spent $100 on a pair of shoes. It took me 2 weeks to send me my shoes, sent me the wrong ones with the paper ripped up in the box, didn't send an invoice or return label, took half an hour to return because the customer service rep had her computer freeze, and after all that Nike didn't have the correct ones available to order on the website anymore. I would never recommend for anybody to order from Nike. They obviously have become so big that they do not vallue a customer. I ordered $1000 worth of Super Bowl jackets on monday 1/29/18 to be shipped next day. As of friday 2/2 they were never received and nobody with the company could care. Now they are telling me I will receive them on 2/5, they day after the SuperBowl, which I ordered them for. I will NEVER order from them again.

I purchased a Nike Aeroloft 3-in-1 parka in November 2017 as a Christmas gift from Nike.com One of two of the zippers broke in mid-January 2018 after only about 3 weeks of wear. Nike was contacted in regards to the defective zipper and I was given the option of returning the parka and then reordering it. My wife and I both ordered a GIFT CARD from NIKE'. On December 9th i placed an order with Nike.com. I decided to cancel my order so I called the 800 customer service line which had an extreme wait time due to the release of a sneaker that day so I opted to use the live chat feature to cancel my order.
