I have been with Nightingale Surgery since my children were between the ages of 3 and 1 year olds and I have never looked back. It's a great place for all your health needs. Pleasant staff and clinicians are fantastic. The Surgery always have great GPs and all lovely staff.
I’m not sure why people who have no social or customer service skills, always end up customer facing roles. A few of the receptionists are just miserable and it honestly dampens your experience here. I approached the counter and said good morning when I saw the receptionist return to her seat. She just looked at me. I proceeded to tell her I had an appointment, she put my details into the system and then just pointed. What does that even mean? Pointing doesn’t tell me where I need to go and sit. Lovely staff, efficient processes, some excellent doctors. Very attentive. Reception go above and beyond to try to assist. It is a rare surprise to solve that level of customer service these days. GPs also try to really get to the root of the issue and help you solve your problems. Grateful for this surgery. Can be a few weeks wait for a doctor but I don't suppose that is in their control. Keep up the great work team Nightingale!
I miss both the Selvanathan GPS terribly have had so many problems since they have retired. Not able to get appointments for weeks on end, waiting for sick note after being told can only request online then website being “down” I have however spoken today to a very courteous and efficient ELAINA who somehow managed to resolve problems with me getting a sick note and actually booked GP appointments for my mother and also myself. Absolutely ridiculous, over a month ago I went for back &tummy pain, doctor was almost sure I have nothing, but somehow referred to hospital, it ended up I had appendicitis and had an emergency surgery. From nearly a year I’m going for joint pains here and there, after a toe x-ray they gave me a phone appointment, doctor informed me that I have “mild” arthritis, when I mentioned that all my joints are falling apart he said he can’t do anything for that I need to book another appointment. Time to change the GP for sure.
