Amazing place
A good clean space to live with little to no disruptions. The apartments are spacious and clean and neighbours are not disruptive. I’d advise not to live in the rooms near the elevators as you will be disrupted by the traffic. The view of the shopping centre is very scenic during the night and the little path pave a way right from your apartment to the shopping centre centre. Loads of issues like paper thin walls in the flats, insects in lower floors and many others. Support is very limited. As with anything, the build quality and design strategy will show itself in the long run of course. Parking is a joke. They issue fines even when you are clearly loading. No guest parking. Who has no guest parking at this price range?
