I have visited care homes in more than twenty countries and found this one to be excellent in several ways. You can feel the warmth of the care just walking around and talking to residents and staff. Really outstanding

Transferred my late Father to Nightingale House as he'd been in the UCLH without proper exercise and wanted him to receive intensive physiotherapy for a couple of weeks, for which we paid well over £2000 per week ... Unbeknown to us and despite speaking to members of staff on a daily basis, my Father had gangrene on at least three toes, the cause was trapping his leg over our toilet for two hours (that's how long it took the ambulance to arrive) having foolishly tried to put on a sock after washing at the sink... Exceptionally well run care home . Great facilities , activities for residents & Kosher food. Most importantly well trained staff who care about the elderly people they are looking after. One of the best care homes in London - rated excellent by the CQC.
