Habitacions pequeñas, aire acondicionado muy ruidoso e insoportable, no lo vais a poder encender por la noche si queréis dormir, en recepción no me dieron solución ni nos cambiaron la habitación. Y esto no acaba aquí... El colmo de los colmos fue una noche a la que a las 22:45 yo y mi mujer nos fuimos a dormir y una vez en la cama a través de la ventana vimos reflejos de luz y ruidos de taladro, miré por ella y observé que habían varios paletas haciendo obras en la fachada, increíble! Great place to stay in a great location! The room was spacious on New York standards, clean, and , comfortable. Lots of street noise compared to central Texas but I got used to it. I had a king, city view room with two nice windows. Some rooms looked like they must not have any view-looked into a light shaft/skylight. This hotel is in a prime location but even being so close to Times Square wasn't noisy at night. The staff were helpful, especially Jennifer at the front desk. Would recommend.
Management of this hotel is not serious. Problem resolution does not exists. It is very sad only. Highly do not recommend.
My credit info was stolen and used at this hotel. I called the hotel and they refused to refund my money! They're as bad as the guy who stole my credit card.
