Hôtel médiocre avec un bruit d'enfer si vous êtes orientés rue. Propreté limite. Petit déj nul. À déconseiller
Excellent emplacement, accueil très agréable (merci Jennifer), Chambre et literie confortable et très propre seul bémol salle de bain un peu petite mais on est à New York donc les m2 sont chers ce qui explique la petitesse et c'est un peu bruyant mais idem on est à 80 mètres de Times Square donc c'est aussi logique.... Je recommande et j'y reviendrais:)

Right where should I start now: 1. My hotel room view is of brown buildings NOT city view as advertised. 2. We arrived on the 11th Feb '16 my son had £55 in he's wallet he left he's in draw only for 1day the days we were out i spent MY money on him, Saturday morning my son checked he's wallet only to be shocked to see £40!!! We have had no visitors and I have not had time to exchange £ into $ so is my sons money ? Grew legs and run away back to ?? Really close to every thing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful only issue was the attached restaurant I wouldn't recommend. Wait staff wasn't very friendly in my opinion for a 250.00 meal.
Cheap-- but you get exactly what you (didn't) pay for.. Tiny, claustrophobic rooms. TV doesn't work. My job has booked me here twice and both times have been awful.
Great location, great room, and amazing customer service. We had an issue with our room the first night and they were very quick providing us a new room for the night in their sister chain (and providing transportation), up-sizing our room when we returned, and complimenting one night. Staff is very easy to deal with and solve issues very quickly.
Petite chambre avec aucun goût, salle de bain ridicule, si vous êtes aux toilettes laissez la porte ouverte, la climatisation fait un bruit d'enfer. Cet hotel vaux 1 étoile pas plus. Le seu point positif être à 15 mètres de Times square
