Had an amazing time here! Rooms are small but as expected in NYC. Daily room service and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Walter was our go to guy for everything. He even booked us the most amazing seats for Aladdin! Will definitely be back here!
Don't bring your cat it would be very disappointed if it wanted a swing, tiny room no tub, very very poor breakfast buffet at $16 per person, no natural light which gives the room a dungeon feel and all looking and feeling a bit run down, I toyed with the idea of booking The Hilton at the Rockefeller Center where I have stayed twice before which was actually a bit cheaper than this place but foolishly thought the location would be better. it isn't !!

Achei a localização excelente, em frente metro e do lado na Times Square. Decoração do hotel é 100%design o que me agradou muito!! Quarto grande, com vista muito gracinha (alguns letreiros e prédios tipicamente nova yorkinos do outro lado da rua) Senti falta de armário e achei o box apertado...
Booked and paid in full about 2 months before arrival. On arrival I was asked for the original card I booked with, which was at home about 3000 miles away. I was told that the only way forward was to cancel the whole booking and rebook with the card I had on me. I wasnt happy with this as the exchange rate has changed quite a bit since booking.
