We stayed at the Night hotel this past weekend and the experience was great. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and the location was great. We paid for our room in advance,upon check in we were told they would be holding $100 on our cc, but upon check out it would be refunded. When we got home we notice there were 2 separate charges on out account. One charge for $93 and one charge for $193!. if your looking for the plaza, this isn it. This hotel has the basics but if you going to new york on a budget its amazing. Very clean, cool, young vibe if your looking for a hotel that is safe, clean, but just not all the bells and whistles.. this is it. I got a great rate here on expedia SO CHEAP! and the location os a bonus times square is literally at your front door! love it
The staff was great to us during our stay for new years, however the wait to check in was terrible. I understand it was a holiday but they should have had a better plan. The rooms are super tiny, we were ok with it being as though we were there to sight see and only use the room to sleep. The bad thing about the room was the window had a terrible draft even with the heat on the room was freezing. We had the best concierge ever! Thank you Walter. This was our 6th stop on our trip in the US of A and the most impressive hotel and service we had by far. You don't come to times square for a magnificent view from your hotel no you get in amongst it and go out exploring what nyc has to offer. Anything you want to do, see, eat just ask the concierge.
