Where do I start well the main elevator was broken so we had to use the other one witch is very small maybe four people can stand in it and that's not with luggage! And it also made noises like it was going brake down next. Then we have the room the bathroom was terrible and no trash bags in the cans and you can see leak patches on the ceiling. To top it all off front desk service was just as bad and didn't even ask how was our stay.

I’ve stayed here on two different occasions and each time have fallen more in love with the property, location, rooms, staff, fish tank and Aspen (back in the day). Such a cool little hotel with rad rooms and unique touches, and staff who will make you feel so welcomed that you really don’t have to think twice when it comes to your next stay in NYC. Can’t beat the location for access to anything and everything.

At first I was excited that I found such a great price online and it was right in Times Square then I woke up at 7:30 in the morning by what I thought was the hotel under attack. So the next day I went to the front desk and asked why were we not told that construction was being done when we booked these reservations, I was told by the young lady at the front desk that the construction being done is not being done by the hotel. Staff very friendly cleanish rooms and that’s all I can say that was good. Accessible rooms are all facing 47th Street which is so noisy. I complained as soon as we arrived but was told we had to wait to the following day to move. No sleep that night due to mesh curtains also shower leaking very badly. Restaurant being renovated which we were not told about. Do your homework first
