This is a terrible hotel. They list themselves as 4 star and they are a 2.5 at best. Our room lacked: glasses, ice bucket, bottled water, mini fridge, bedside lamp, drawers to put clothes away, luggage rack, shelving of any kind in the bathroom, extra blankets or pillows, coffee maker. The bathroom floor has large stains on it. Their management is patronizing and rude. They have two small (max 5 people) elevators that are in separate hallways so you have to run back and forth in order to get downstairs in the morning. Three ... read more
Habitacion muy chica y vieja. Tiene una ventana enana por donde apenas entra la luz. Iluminacion horrible. Enchufes malos. Baño chico. No tiene nada bueno.
Minha terceira vez no hotel. Super bem ubicado, limpo, boa disposição dos empregados sempre para satisfazer o hóspede.Boa água quente no banheiro já que desta vez estamos no inverno e está fazendo muito frio, hoje -7 é o hotel super quente.Dorme-se muito bem de noite sempre quentinha apesar das baixas temperatura.Para mim nada negativo

Dommage les travaux a côté... situation idéale pour se ballader.
Would have been 5 stars except elevator is slooow (took less time to ascend 102 floors in freedom tower than 9 floors here.) This was a minor issue. The staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Room was small (standard for New York) but very clean and bed was comfortable.
The Price for one night was pretty good. The hotel lobby is beautiful. I decided to take my boyfriend here for his 30th Birthday and spend a night in the city (were from NYC). He loved I.T. The staff was nice. The Full bedroom was very small. The TV was fuzzy, and the day we left the main elevator wasn’t working! I did like how we could hold our bags there went for brunch and came back hours later to pick them up! Oh! & my window view was construction but hey! That’s nyc for you! Lol
Worst hotel experience I have ever had. Incompetent staff that could care less. No bar as advertised, only one elevator working. It is the furthest thing from a 4 stat hotel. If I could give no stars I would. Never again!
