The Nice place to be in the World
Hi, I've been there a few days ago and just realised an extra charge of 62 euro in my credit card receipt. I wasn't informed of this during check-out. Can you please explain? I've sent email, message and still no answer. Very noisy and old and slow answering ones needs so far...

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. The fact that this was marketed as a 4 star hotel is laughable. The rooms are the tiniest I have ever been in in New York. There is about a foot from the end of the bed to the wall. The bathroom floor is disgusting not sure if it is stained or moldy or if it is paint coming up. No amenities in the room, no coffee, no ice bucket, no glasses, no fridge. I have stayed in 2 star hotels much nicer than this. Very slow and small elevators. Das Hotel ist direkt am Times Square gelegen. 1 Minute und Du bist Mittendrin im Wahnsinn dieser Metropole. Hammer👍
Great big beds, I slept like a baby, clean, bose sound system, next to the Heshey store and in the heart of Times square. I would come back for sure.
