Excellent . Un accueil de qualité au coeur de New York, à proximité du métro. Chambre propre, petite et très confortable . Un personnel qualifié , courtois et charmant est à l'écoute. Des services (payants) de navette vers les aéroports . Petit déjeuner décliné sous forme de buffet. Excellent rapport qualité prix.
Really good service, Walter the concierge was very helpful . I've been trying to book again for next year but keep getting quoted 31000 pounds for 6 days! Surely this can't be right ? Steve England
Location to theatres is great, right next to times square.... we had room 923 which seemed to be a handicapped room... right on the street and adjacent to construction..... jackhammers and pounding all night long.... could not get a good nights sleep in 4 nights.... would not recommend until construction is completed...... staff is friendly. Service pas à la hauteur... Des travaux à côté de l'hôtel (bâtiment en construction) donc de nombreux bruit.... Une climatisation bruyante,obligation de la couper la nuit pour pouvoir dormir... Mini bar non fonctionnel.... Chambre vraiment mais vraiment trop petite... Lit inconfortable.... Service d'étage vraiment pas à la hauteur du standing prétendu.... Rien que pour le bruit l'hôtel est à fuir.... Peti tu déjeuner moyen sans plus ( pas de chocolat chaud disponible....). A 170 euros la nuit je suis déçu.

Melhor localização impossível, mesmo! Lemos alguns comentários dizendo que o quarto era escuro e pequeno, mas não achei mesmo! O banheiro era bem grande, o quarto tinha tamanho normal e o closet comportou todas as malas sem dificuldade alguma. O quarto estava bem iluminado e tinha duas janelas grandes. O restaurante do hotel é excelente também, recomendo! Fomos muito bem atendidos por toda a equipe em todos os 10 dias. Só a história do wifi que deixou um pouco a desejar, mas não justifica sequer tirar uma estrela, pois ficar... read more
