Just had my windows cleaned by Night & Day Cleaning. Certainly NOT impressed. Entire house took about 10 minutes of squirting water at the windows from a long pole. The windows on the upper part at the front of the house he refused to do. I have cancelled my contract with them. When asked why the ladders on top of his van were not put up to do the upper windows, was informed they are for “traditional window cleaning.” He was sent back, by the company, after my telephone call but for £39 for 10 minutes of squirting water this... read more
First class service, had roof and gutters cleaned. No hesitation in recommending to others
Have been waiting 6 months now for power washing to be done. Have phoned numerous times, to be told “you are top of the list,” and assured someone would be out….still nothing. Trying to support local, and stay loyal to a business however this is extremely poor service, and a painful amount of time to wait.
Very rude! Rang up and enquired about a window clean for this week. Said I would ring back to pay and book, didn't as I didn't need it anymore. The lady rang back and said it had been booked in for this week even though she stated last week payment was needed before booking and I hadn't agreed to a booking. Told her I didn't need it anymore and she hung up, without anything. If you want rude customer service then book ✌️
Terrible experience from when we phoned to get a estimate of costs. They said they would need to charge by the hour, but no idea how many hours it would take. Then wanted an account set up with nearly 600 pounds in it before they would come out. Not only was the quality of cleaning terrible, they tried to refund us 100 pounds less than they owed us after the work was done. Not interested in the poor quality of work either! They don't deserve a 1, but I couldn't find a 0.
