I've always used them for service & it started off okay yesterday. I was told it would be 1.5hr for an oil change by I think her name was Megan via telephone. Arrived, was helped by Rebecca & she told me the same, but stated there bay where they wash cars was backed up & she said she'll check with me & let me know how long. About 2.5-3hrs later Rebecca came into their lobby to give an update on a Caucasian man car & didn't even acknowledge me sitting there. We had such a great experience today at Niello VW. Sean Hook was our salesperson and he was awesome, knowledgeable , friendly, and helpful. It made the whole experience as stress-free and as pleasant as we could have hoped for. Even for two easily stressed/anxious people! Everyone was kind and friendly and we walked out of there with a great deal and an awesome new car. Thanks everyone at Niello Volkswagen!
Omar, Royce, and TD are absolutely amazing. We were treated as people and not numbers. They went above and beyond any other sales people that we have dealt with. I would recommend my friends and family any day
I love this place sales representatives are very respectful and and very helpful and not pushy to get you into a vehicle I will go back to this place when I need another vehicle but right now I don't because I just got one
