We purchased a 2020 dodge charger; the buying experience was professional and courteous from start to finish. We were given a fair price for our trade in, and are very happy with our purchase. I would buy from them again and reccomend this dealership.
If I could give negative stars I would. First, I made an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change and 70,000+ service. Waited 3 and a half hours to be told that they just started working on my car. No updates or anything. Then they charge me $380 for an oil change! $200 of which was labor! Why am I paying for labor when my car is sitting there for 2 hours. A rip-off and a scam. Not to mention my car smelled like someone smoked in it when I got it back.
I just purchased my second new vehicle from Leith VW of Raleigh and I have zero complaints! Michael was my salesperson and he is consistently friendly, knowledgeable and cares about the customer satisfaction. He was very helpful during the entire process and made sure that my questions were answered and kept me informed from start to finish. I would not hesitate to work with him again in the future.
