Went in to test drive Beetle. Also was introduced to the Tiguan. It was a good fit for me. My car advisor Brandon Balassi was awesome, answered everything to my satisfaction, knowlegeable, friendly, excellent in his craft of salesmanship, an asset to the dealership! Although I didn't purchase today because I live in the midwest, Niello can be proud of Brandon! Stop by and ask for him personally.

We brought a vw Passat today from neillo vw & I'm Super happy. our sales guy Omar was wonderful, we were also assisted by a guy called mike. Both great guys. All staff we came in contact with were great. Highly recommended. This location.

What a great experience, the sales staff were great, not pushy at all , and Brandon was knowledgeable and honest, which is important and not normal for car salesman. Td in finance worked out the best deal ever, I highly recommend these guys , customer for life!
