Had a poor experience at Leith VW of Raleigh. Bought my first car in NC at Leith Honda and had a wonderful experience but VW was a different story.Made appointment over the phone to test drive the id4 for later in the day at 3-3:30 depending on when I finished work. The service department here is terrible. Every time the car goes in it comes back with more stuff wrong. Would never use them again.
The level of customer service was supreme. I really appreciated them vacuuming my car. I thought that was a great treat. Plus, the staff was very courteous and professional. I have taken my car to a Volkswagen dealership in Manhattan and I was NOT pleased. The woman helping me was RUDE!!! I feel comfortable taking my car back to them again.
