Had to return my tdi today because Volkswagen committed criminal fraud against me and millions of other consumers. When i got there, they paid me $700 less than promised (not a surprise). When i complained, the staff had the audacity to try and shut me up. Darcee Bramlette (internet sales) and Royce Mendonca (sales manager)...... if you aren't afraid of selling for this CRIMINAL MANUFACTURER....then why are you worried about potential customers overhearing how they will be treated once they sign a contract? We spotted a used Passat at Niello VW on CarGurus-com and sent in an information request. Within 10 minutes we had a call from Brandon Balassi giving us further details on the car. We asked him to have the car ready for us to view at lunchtime.
