I had an Express Oil Change done. It's time for a 80,000 mile service but I've already had part of it done. Yesterday it was recommended that I replace the upper air duct cover because it was missing but the service person didn't tell me. Today I took my car to America's Tire to get the tires rotated for free. A nail was found in my tire in a spot that can't be repaired. Bought a used car there (1 year old). In my book an incentive is a freebie. These guys slammed the value of the incentives (at least $4,000) on top of the purchase price. I would not buy a car there again. After that I went to a Hyundai dealership and they were speechless about this. I would stay clear of TD Nguyen the finance manager. He's fast talker and will screw you over in a heartbeat.
