I hate writing these posts, but I have to warn any VW owners or potential owners about dramatically declining service at Niello VW. I bought two cars from this dealership and always had first class service when I had to take the car in. The dealership was sold and the Rockville location was moved to consolidate with the Sacramento location. Since then, I have had terrible experiences. RecommendedTook our car in to have a tow hitch fitted. Although initially it took time to get through to the service department (they seem very busy) the service was excellent. Front of house customer service was top notch with special thanks to Brandon Lamb who kept me informed with timings and upfront with all costs. Would definitely use again

My and S.O.'s 2012 Ford Fiesta unexpectedly had a failed transmission control module 5000 miles outside of the extended warranty, and rather than sinking $1600+ into a car only worth about $4000 total, we chose to replace it. Future Ford Sacramento had our car in their service department, so we decided to look at a 2014 Toyota Corolla LE on their lot.
