Niello Volkswagen is awesome!! Brandon Balassi helped me with purchasing my Jetta out of the lease. He explained everything very thoroughly and even took the time to show me some new models. In the end I decided to keep my Jetta. Phil was also very helpful and got me a really low interest rate. I will definitely come back to Niello for my next VW. Everyone who has helped me there over the years has demonstrated excellent customer service. If you want a to buy a VW or have your car serviced, this is the spot!
Dana is amazing! Her customer service is impeccable! She always goes above and beyond for her customers. I had to wait 3 hours, but they had the soccer game on plus offer free snacks and coffee. In addition they have a study area with free WIFI so 3 hours flew.
