The folks at Lakeland VW have it down to a science, in a very positive way. 3 years ago, I spoke to a salesman named Hiram. I immediately fealt like I was speaking with an honest salesperson, which when you are looking to buy a car from a dealer that is 140 miles from home, is really important. The courtesy and professionalism of their staff is top notch.
What I came in for, an engine code after an Oxigen Sensor failure on my 2014 Passat TDI, they repaired in within 2 hours and I was out the door. That was awesome...
I had the best experience, I came in for a 60,000 oil change and inspection it was done around their estimated time. Great customer service as one of the employees allowed me to borrow their phone charger to attend an online class when it died!
