If I could give a 0, I would. Let me start by saying that the service team is amazing. I bought a car from them in February 2020. It got brought back to them the next day. Items were missing from the car when they took it to detail. You couldn’t even drive over a speed bump without the car bouncing around and making your teeth chatter. I have never received better service anywhere! My experience started with my need for service on my old Tiguan, reached out to Mike Grady who went above and beyond to get my car in, the service department was friendly and efficient. They quickly got my car in and gave me a loaner which I fell in love with so much I didn’t want to go back to my old car 😂.
