Was so excited for my new atlas. Had an ok buying experience. Scott in service is great. Everything else , not so much. Brand new car under a year old. Deployed husband. Car in shop 4 times. Now for almost 2 months, parts backordered, difficulty getting an appropriately sized loaner car, and no support speaking to VW corporate to get the car bought back and situation rectified . Military families, think long and hard before you get a car here.

Ali Asif was our salesman, Marcello was the sales manager and ever amazing Jasmin was our finance Rep. Fantastic experience, way better than Cook VW of Belair. I would definitely recommend this dealership. As a now 4 time VW owner I feel comfortable owning and serving my vehicles here.
Two months to get an appointment and numerous calls. After leaving the car there it took them 2 weeks to fix it. My second VW and probably my last. Great car, service needs to improve.
