I have had my Tiguan in your service department for the 4th time now with a water pump leak. Even know your Department has picked up the tab on the water pump, I have had to pay for the labor. Why would any company make a customer have to PAY ANYTHING for have to be unconvinced 4 times with the same d*** problem. The service manager has been upstanding in realizing my problem and has been very helpful. . When does VW decide enough is enough. I am out over $1,400.00 in labor fees for something I had no control over. the water... read more
