Just had my oil changed and tires rotated, but they also recommended a oil filter change. My service rep was Mason who was extremely courteous and professional! They even washed my car. Great service!
They took care of my 2014 TDI baby as efficiently as possible. The professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to meet all my needs in regards to shuttling me to work.
Bought a 2020 VW Jetta. Have had issues with software. The SOS error comes on and the Bluetooth and phone won’t work when on. Service department has no answer other than it’s a known issue and there working on it. Also noticed that the ride was super bumpy and would sound like the bottom fell out when I would hit a bump. I googled the problem. The dealership left plastic grommets on the front suspension. Removed them ourselves because not much faith in the service department. Below is a pic of the grommets.
