I was incredibly fortunate to find Nick soon after breaking my leg. From our very first phone call, I felt a deep connection with him—he truly listened to my needs. What sets Nick apart is his approach; rather than prescribing a rigid set of exercises, he helps his clients retrain their brains to understand what their bodies need. Before my accident, I had already been struggling with orthotics that had been prescribed to me. After successfully working with Nick to regain mobility following my injury, we are now addressing m... read more

I first saw Nick in January 2024 for an ongoing knee problem, and was due to be going away on a holiday which required a lot of walking. He was able to identify where the problem was stemming from and looked into my full physical health history, as well as considering other diagnoses such as my Autism and Dyspraxia. From this I had a better understand of being able to walk and sit how was most comfortable for me. He also showed me stretches, created a video of how best to stretch so I could watch these back, as well as loose... read more

I contacted Nick due to a very painful knee and niggling hip. With about 6-8wks until I did my first Ultra Marathon on the 12th of April, I thought I better sort it out. After about 3wks I was running/walking 12miles with confidence and going to my Social Run Group and feeling little to no pain. I completed the She Ultra on the 12th of ... read more

I’ve had periodic episodes of lower back pain and stiffness after injuring my back in my mid-twenties while rowing. These episodes are in most instances of relatively short duration and I managed them with stretching/exercise, anti-inflammatory medication and rest. When the pain was persistent and chronic, I sought various forms of professional medical treatment, including visits to a GP, chiropractic sessions, muscle relaxers, and therapeutic massage. This most recent episode persisted over the course of a few months. I was... read more

After a fall down some stairs I damaged my knee. Nick assessed the problem and over a couple of visits designed some specific exercises to strengthen and repair the damage. As always Nick was highly professional, explaining everything and made the visits enjoyable. Knee is so much better having continued with the exercises and stretches. Highly recommend Nick and his approach.
