Great experience with ongoing maintenance requests. To be fair - the initial handling of the lease negotiations was excellent as well. Good staff all round!
Being a tenant in Harrogate for three years. Everything was going alright, apart them rising the rent every year despite the cost of living crisis. But the greediness didn't stop here. After leaving the house in spotless conditions (which was left to us in poor conditions with stains on the carpet and souce stains in the kitchen), they asked us half our deposit (350£) for ridicolous things such as normal marks of furniture in the carpet (one must place the funriture somewhere no?).
