Like an episode of Rambo first blood, attempted to join and refused because my nhs hospital appointment letter plus driving license photo iD were not sufficient evidence for the surgery manager, had to be a recent council tax bill? The whole experience with the excessively pedantic “receptionists” on the phone and in person only worsened my necessity to see a gp in the first place. Happy not to be a part of this far from welcoming National Health Service.
Things are made so difficult to be seen for simple treatment. The system in place is terrible and needs to be reviewed and changed!!
I would give this place a 0* review if I could. PLEASE AVOID at all costs if you can and get your surgery changed. The receptionists are unbearable at this place. Absolutely and utterly nasty, rude and inconsiderate. You wonder how these people make it past the application process in the first place. I spoke to the receptionist Gaynor today who seemed to get pleasure from antagonising me, being unhelpful, unkind and rude. The doctors are all respectful and lovely.
