Communication with the patients is poor. . In the ER a nurse was putting an IV in my daughter and when she said it was hurting continued to dig around and then was told to use an ultrasound to find a better vein dug around again until the catheter bent in her arm. Have been waiting for a doctor to come in and tell us what infection she had specifically and am still waiting atm. It's very nice and it's like a hospital now compared to the clinic and reminds me of the UVA type of atmosphere always curbside service for myanna thanks for all you all do
