This has to be the worst estate agent in the UK. Incredibly unprofessional and non-existent customer service. They wasted my time for over 10 days then rented the place to someone else while they gave me a collection date for the keys. Avoid them at all costs.
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Nicholas James Estate Agents. Despite doing everything possible to move forward with a property application—including promptly responding to all requests, offering to pay the deposit upfront, and even visiting the office in person—I was entirely ignored.
