As a buyer we found the service friendly and efficient
I was thinking about giving 1 star but Audrey is nice and patient. Hence one of employees is not that great to be honest. I don’t know if he treats me bad is based on my race or he just treats everyone this way. I didn’t have a nice checking out experience with this agent but I didn’t want to waste too much time, so I had to spend more money. I rented from Nicholas Humphreys for a year, and they were an amazing agency who responded quickly to all issues raised. Their student properties are also some of the best in Durham. Audrey was especially helpful, helping run paying the bills and the upkeep of the property, she also helped find a property as a return customer. Overall brilliant letting agency.
