We had a brilliant experience with Jon and Kev at Nicholas Humphreys Nottingham in selling our residential property. Our new student house with Nicholas Humphreys had a fair amount of dust, cobwebs, and a previous tentants sock. After consulting this with the agency, they told us the house was 'completely habitable'. This seemed as though they were disregarding the situation. Responses from them have been taking longer than 10 days, with follow up emails needed to get a response. We’ve had Simon around a few times, fixing (mainly) electrics in the bathroom, kitchen and basement. Lovely guy and never had an issue with any of his work.
Simon did a great job unblocking the bathtub that has been blocked for days.
