my tenancy just ended and I am very eager to write this review. If you can opt for another agency please do. They charge outrageous amount of money for no reason from your deposit. I moved out couple of weeks ago and I honestly expected 0£ claims from the deposit but I had the unpleasend surprise of a 40£ claim (from 530£ deposit) for not emptying the WHEELIE BINS. which are the big bins you have to take out each week for the bin truck to empty them. this happens on a specific day depending where you live. besides that, one ... read more
