My wife and I decided that we were going to buy a condo in OCMD, but we were most likely looking to purchase a property next year. Nick, was personinable, professional and had a great knowledge of the area. I lived in Baltimore & depended on my father at first to work with Nick on my behalf. When my home sold in Baltimore in one day, it was a rush to find my forever home in Ocean City on the water. Nick showed me 2 condos I was watching on Zillow, but both ended up being to small. I would highly recommend Nick if you are looking for a real estate agent. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient (even when I wasn’t). No sales pitches or pressure, just solid advice and work.
In 2018 we purchased a condo with Nick's assistance as our realtor. We have now listed and sold another property with Nick as our realtor. We could not have achieved all of our goals, including price, reduced time on market and on-time settlement without Nick. He knows Ocean City and understands the real estate market in this resort town. As usual, Nick was responsive to our questions and was able to negotiate the best price for our unit. Nick was an excellent realtor to work with on my first condo purchase in OCMD. My specific deal ended up being very time consuming and challenging to say the least, but Nick remained patient and kept me updated on everything happening throughout the very long process up until closing.
