Nick pulled off the impossible. My wife and I have rented a unit in the same building for 20+ years when vacationing in Ocean City. Now that we are retired, we decided to buy a unit. Inventory and units for sale in our price range were very limited and months went by with nothing that we were willing to make an offer on. Nick was probably the best real estate agent I have had. I have purchased 5 homes and Nick was definitely the best!!! He was very content and answered all my questions and made me feel like I was his only client. He went above and beyond. He even went to check and make sure the fire place was working for me all on his own. He was always friendly and professional. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you so so much Nick!!
Nick was great! He promptly returned my calls and was willing to answer and discuss all my questions. He was professional and friendly and guided me through the whole process. He encouraged me to call him if I had questions after the closing.
