I found Nick based on other internet reviews. I am glad I did! Nick was extremely responsive, very knowledgeable about the market, the area, pros and cons of specific buildings and properties, and was extremely accommodating to our schedule since we were looking to buy in OCMD from out of town. Nick was very easy to work with. It was truly a pleasure and I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy!
