Nick is an amazing realtor and goes above and beyond his job. I called Nick on a Sunday morning, hoping to see a property in Ocean City the next day. He responded with complete kindness and willing to show us some condos. We fell in love with the 3rd condo and Nick hooked us up with a great lender. Nick is very professional, courteous and knowledgable about the OCMD area. He put us at ease since he supported both the sellers (whom we know) and us as buyers. Nick was very responsive, patient during the COVID-19 situation, and took care of things for us so we did not need to worry. My husband and I both highly recommend Nick and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking in the OCMD area!

Nick is an excellent agent, very knowledgeable about the area, told us where we should set the asking price, advised how much we would net, (which was on the money) and his negotiation skills are awesome. I bought a property on the shoreline in Ocean City, MD with his help and when it came time to sell, his was the number I dialed. He sold the property within a month and I received the funds I was hoping for. Can't ask for better than that!
