Nick was great. He worked within our schedule to see all properties that we were interested in. Answered all our questions. He never rushed us during showings, or pushed us to purchase a property. He was there every step of the way from our finding of our new home, to the purchase of the property. He was even available for questions after we purchased. Nick was awesome and we would definitely use him again.

Nicholas did a really great job of setting up tours and guiding us through them, though being sure to step back to let us make decisions as opposed to pushing us in any particular direction. He immediately knew the answer to almost any question and the few he didn't know he followed up with an answer within 24 hours. Nick is a wealth of knowledge and has helped me to both purchase and sell a property. In both cases, he was professional, pleasant to work with, and knows the market well enough to determine fair market value either as a buyer or seller. The property he listed for me sold in one day and was priced right while other units had been for sale for 6 months or longer. I will be using Nick's services again.
