Avoid at All Costs – Terrible Service and No Accountability I had a very disappointing experience with Nice Flooring in Erith and feel compelled to warn others. They changed my order without informing me, and when I contacted them about the issue, they were completely uncooperative. Just had Bob install a carpet to my garage which was the last piece of the puzzle. We met Darren in the shop at Thamesmead who offered us numerous options for carpets, from really cheap to a much higher quality. We chose our carpet, paid for it and booked an appointment all within about 30 minutes. There was no hard sell, absolutely no pressure to buy.
