These guys are very thorough and fair with pricing. The Service B can be expensive. Nice to find a Mercedes shop that will make good preventative suggestions instead of scare tactics to get a larger ticket. Well done guys
I recently had my Daughter’s Audi A6 towed to AER so they could advise how best to proceed with repairs. Doug ran a thorough diagnostic on the vehicle and we discovered that it was not worth the cost to repair. It took an additional week for me to figure out where the vehicle would be towed to next and Doug was kind enough to allow me to keep the vehicle at his facility until I was able to have it towed. Doug is extremely professional and I would highly recommend if you have a European vehicle that needs repairs.
Great service, got my wife’s mini in when I was in a pinch, diagnostic process was great and had the car back way sooner than expected. Will 100% be using them again for any future issues. Definitely recommend.
