some doctors are professionals but the receptionists are extremely unprofessional and rude .
Excelent face to face appointment with Dr Saleem, as always. I appreciated his patience. He listened to me, understood my concerns, made a hospital referral, and I got the appointment 2 days following my initial appointment with him. Best GP for me.
So nearly a year on from my previous post this place is still not got any better…. This place is a joke. Rude receptionist, useless triage staff, staff loose reports, staff call wrong child in for appointments, no one ever gets back to you. They don’t seem to answer the phone. They don’t have any interest in my child.. or to sort out his needs… Completely shocking service
I believe I've been booked with a nurse instead of a gp. The nurse seemed clueless to address my concerns of hearing issues and suggested I visit Specsavers for an earwax check despite my explanation of a history of eustachian tube dysfunction and the absence of earwax. A GP would have been capable to determine this. To avoid further wasted time, could we please be scheduled with a GP who is equipped to handle this?
