I'm autistic, depressed and have cptsd. Due to autism I struggle with phone calls, but the intake had to take place over the phone. This conversation (with Ms Needa) lasted over an hour and they wanted to know ALL the details of multiple traumas without offering any comfort or sympathy, so I got into crisis, but they still insisted I shared more details. I waited a year for an appointment and it was a waste of time. First of all the room was dull depressing and cold I was near a long low down window and could see people walking past (didn’t feel comfortable with that) also I could hear banging and people talking loud I feared if I could hear them then they could hear me so I didn’t feel comfortable talking about these personal things I need help with.
