Respect to them all
We were referred for IVF treatment via NHS to private hospital. Treatment provider asked us to sign Fee Agreement to give them permission to issue invoices if they decide that there are more tests or treatments required outside Preston CCG funding. We refused to sign it and they simply stopped communicating to us for over 2 months without any explanation. We ended up with the fridge full of drugs and no treatment plan.
