NHS fleet solutions need to focus on their customer service. I have called them 3 times in the last 2 weeks each time I’ve been on hold for a minimum of 40 mins. I am currently with a car from gmp driver are but now my trust have switch suppliers and my opinion is doesn’t seem like a good move. Reading Google reviews seems like they don’t care about the service they provide. Need to speak to my trust and see if I can keep the same supplier I have now!

I’ve had a really positive experience with NHS Fleet Solutions and felt it was worth sharing, especially given some of the negative reviews I’ve seen. From start to finish, the whole process has been straightforward and hassle-free. Delivery and collection of the vehicle were quick and well organised, which made everything easy to manage around work and daily life. It’s been 9 months today since ordering a Skoda Elroq, with an initial estimated delivery date of September given. I later discovered that it was always a 32 week lead time from the point of ordering. When I queried this I was told that it should be for the customer to find out what the likely lead time is, surely the leasing company are best placed to have the most up to date information in respect of this.
