I am disappointed to say that their customer after-care is non-existent. Despite having a decent removals service, a few items were damaged. I reported these via WhatsApp, two emails and 3 phone calls and noone has responded to anything. Today when I have called the phone is being hung up on. Clearly NGS have now flagged my number on their system as "do not answer". This is extremely disappointing. If you cannot follow your own claims policies, noone should do business with you. Completely against any consumer rights.

I experienced first hand customer service from inception to completion with NGS. Their movers were not only able bodied but hard working as well leaving my place in order before leaving. I recommend their services to anyone who might need their services.

I found NGW Removals to be a very reliable company. I was able to have all my questions answered before booking and the communication was very professional and polite. No pressure was felt to getting booked in but once I did book they were very helpful in getting it all set up. L I booked there services for a house move on a bank holiday which was extremely handy for me, the company kept me informed about the process and updated me regularly.
