Absolutely disastrous! Gabriel came round to survey the amount of furniture and items were to be moved and was shown and told precisely what was being moved. On the day he turned up with one 6.5 tonne removal lorry as his other van had broken down. Another van from another removal company arrived once again a 6.5 tonne van.
